QuickBooks Error 6123: What is it & How to Rectify it

What needs to be done to rectify QuickBooks error 6123?
Solution 1) Fix the company file issues using the QuickBooks File Doctor tool
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub of the latest version (1.5.0.0) from Intuit’s official website and locate it on the Windows Desktop.
- Click on the downloaded installation file named QuickBooksToolHub.exe and follow the instructions you see on the screen.
- Finish the QuickBooks Tool Hub installation by accepting the terms and conditions.
- Right-click the icon of QuickBooks Tool Hub and choose the Open option.
- Select the Company File Issues tab located at the left panel of the window.
- From the Fix My Company File section, click on the Run QuickBooks File Doctor button.
- Click on the Browse and search button to find and choose the company file on the computer.
- Now, choose the Check your file option and then click on the Continue button.
- When prompted, enter the admin password of QuickBooks Desktop and then click on the Next button.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop and try to perform the action that has been prompting the error.
Solution 2) Repair the QuickBooks program files using the Quick Fix my Program tool
- Right-click the icon of QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the Open option.
- From the left panel, select the Program Problems tab.
- From the Fix My Program section, select the Quick Fix my Program button and let the tool run.
- When the tool is finished repairing the QuickBooks program files, restart the computer.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop and try to perform the action that has been prompting the error.
