Top 10 Indian CEO Personalities:
1. Sundar Pichai
Sundar Pichai, who hails from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, now is the CEO of Google. The soft-spoken 43-year-old Pichai is heading core tech projects like Google search engine, ads, maps, apps, YouTube and Android system.
He did his B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and then won a scholarship to study on materials science and on semiconductors in physics from Stanford University from where he eventually earned his M.S.
He went on to complete his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
After the completion of MBA he was appointed as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
After joining Google in 2004, Pichai led the product management and innovation efforts for key products including Google Chrome and Chrome OS and Google Drive. Before becoming CEO, he was Senior Vice President of Chrome and apps.

2. Satya Nadella:
Satya Nadella, who hails from the Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Now is the current chief executive officer of Microsoft. He was appointed as CEO on 4 February 2014.
After Joining Microsoft in 1992, he quickly became known within the company as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and businesses to transform some of Microsoft’s biggest product offerings, according to Microsoft.
Nadella holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering in electronics and communication from Manipal Institute of Technology.
Nadella did his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
Nadella was a member of the technology staff at Sun Microsystems before he joined Microsoft.

3. Sanjay Kumar Jha:
Sanjay Kumar Jha hails from Bihar, India. Now he is the CEO of Global Foundries, the world's first full-service semiconductor foundry.
He has a PhD in electronics engineering from University of Strathclyde, Scotland.
Before being selected as CEO of Global Foundries, he was the chief executive officer of Motorola’s mobile devices business.
Prior to this, he served as the chief operating officer at Qualcomm.

Nikesh Arora was born in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is the CEO of Softbank Internet and Media Inc.
Arora graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
He completed MBA from Northeastern University and a Master degree in Finance from Boston College.

5. Shantanu Narayen:
Shantanu Narayen who hails from Hyderabad, Telangana India. Now he is CEO of one of the world’s leading software Adobe companies.
Narayen holds an electronics engineering degree from Osmania University.
He studied MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
He did Masters in computer science from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
Nine years after joining Adobe, Narayen was appointed as CEO in 2007
6. Francisco D'Souza:
Francisco D'Souza, a person of Indian origin, was born in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa. He is the CEO of Cognizant and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
D’Souza received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of East Asia, Macau. He holds his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
He joined in Cognizant as a co-founder and in 2007 he became its CEO.

He is the co-founder of SanDisk and also served as CEO and president until 2016.
8. Rajeev Suri:
Rajeev suri was born in Delhi, India. He became the CEO of Nokia when Microsoft acquired Nokia mobile business.
Suri holds the B-Tech with Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
Before joining the Nokia, he worked for multinational corporations in UK and Middle East.
9. George Kurian:

10. Indra Nooyi:
Indra Nooyi was born in Madras, Tamil Nadu State, India. She is the current chairperson and CEO of PepsiCo.
